This is an eight volume set in the Everyday Children collection. The titles are: Just Like You, Taro and Ume, David and Susi, Little Lord Jesus, Pedro and the Bells, Candy and Love, Prayers for Little Children, and Ah Fu and Me Too. Each book (except 'Prayers for Little Children') is approximately 60 pages and measures 4" X 6 1/2". 'Prayers for Little Children' is a scare title and is the only one we have found. It is 31 pgs. and measures approx. 3 1/2" X 4 1/4". It is also in Very Good condition with wonderful 1920's style two-toned illustrations on every page. The booklet is tied with the original string at spine and has clean and bright wraps. As for the other seven volumes, all are in Very Good condition with clean paper covers and very light shelfwear. Each are illustrated with black & white photographs or illustrations. The seventh volume, 'Candy and Love' has a slightly curled front cover. Also included is the original box the books came in. It is in fair condition with shelfwear and tears, but has been repaired and reinforced. This is a wonderful set and would make a nice gift for a Peabody collector!
